That's what they call a funnel cake and it's as much fun to watch them being made as eating them. It's a different kind of donut? Not anywhere near as good as Grandma's malasadas, but a sweet treat at a Mid-western festival. Mary ate most of it in a hurry, then decided the "sweet" got to her tummy and said, "Never again!" Yea, not until the next one. Smile today. :)
