This is a photo of my parents and grandmother that was taken recently by my cousin, while they were visiting at Cape Cod this summer. I haven't been able to visit them for quite a while so when she sent me this photo, it brought tears immediately. We may be worlds apart in generations (sometimes location) but always so close in my heart. They seem to have "seen it all" and lived to tell about everything, amazing to think of all the changes that take place in a long lifetime like these folks. They taught me important life lessons and the simple ones too, like don't worry so much! They have all done so much kindness for so many people...so much strength and faith, I consider it God's work too, so I thought this would make a wonderful time to thank them for everything and share them as my fingerprints of God today.
It *is* wonderful to spend time with people who inspire you by their lives. I hope i always appraoch age with grace, and grow closer to Heaven on my walk.
